CONTRACT

Thank you so much for considering me to be your photographer! Before we work together, I would love for you to learn a bit more about my style and expectations as an artist +creator.

Initially, I know my pricing scale may be a little bit intimidating at first glance, but with this new season of life, I have placed more value on my time, work, equipment, & any factors that support the creative process and styling a beautiful shoot!

With that being said, I am a firm believer that art is for everyone, which requires accessibility. Please feel free to contact me to discuss working on a financial scale - I am all ears!

Lastly, if we do work together there are a few things that I request:

  • Please give credit where it's due! If you choose to post my images on social media, tag me! ( you can find me on social media @sophiacalderonfoto) If you wish to use them for commercial use, let’s talk licensing!

  • Please AVOID including additional other filters or presets on the final images. If you are unhappy with skin coloring, etc. please let me know and we can work together to fix it.

  •  I can do spot removal and things of that nature, but do not specialize in excessive retouching - you're gorgeous as is!

  • Lastly, just to clarify, I only give you final galleries with edits, excluding RAW images. I am a firm believer that my editing style is a huge piece of my identity as a photographer!

I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to work together!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE

WORK TOGETHER

AUTHENTICITY!

We’re all transparency here! During the creative process, I aim to always stay true to myself as an artist, while equally uplifting the visions of my client. An integral piece of the partnership, to me, is clarifying my capabilities & never promising clients something I know is outside of my wheelhouse. I want to provide the best quality work for anyone I create with!

FUN!

For me, art is all about the experience. One of my top priorities when working with clients is to get the job done, but to not take ourselves too seriously along the way! It’s always important to incorporate play into your work, especially when doing a portrait session - it’s when your real smile comes out!

COLLABORATION!

I love to view working together as an opportunity to collaborate. This brief partnership is a chance for each of us to bring our ideas to the table to create something beautiful! You are such an important piece of the creative process.
